The problem solver
Coping is expanding conscious effort to solve personal and interpersonal problems, and seeking to master, minimize or tolerate stress or conflict. The effectiveness of the coping efforts depend on the type of stress or conflict, the particular individual, and the circumstances. Psychological coping mechanisms are commonly termed coping strategies or coping skills. Subconscious or unconscious strategies like defense mechanisms are generally excluded. This can be applied to my life because in my life I have stressors, and this can help reduce that stress. This concept is important and should be used for other teens a lot because, especially with school, there are so many teens dealing with stress. The stress they deal with is school and getting the right grades fo for college.
